• Experience reviewing and processing high-volume requisitions and POs.
• Strong knowledge of PO lifecycles and approval workflows.
• Proficiency with ERP or e-procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Oracle).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PO lifecycle from creation to closure.
• Review requisitions for accuracy against scope, pricing, dates.
• Ensure proper documentation and approvals per delegation.
• Resolve PO discrepancies and invoice mismatches with AP.
• Support contract metadata management and repository administration.
• Drive automation and SOPs for buy desk processes.
• Track Buy Desk metrics and audit readiness.
