Jabil is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support procurement operations and cross-functional activities. You will help ensure materials, services, and resources are available when needed, while coordinating with manufacturing, facilities, and other teams to drive efficient purchasing processes and operational continuity.

The role involves data entry, supplier management, BOM purchasing, and event coordination, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or admin support preferred.
• ERP systems experience, especially Epicor, is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue RFQs and organize supplier quotations for review.
• Assist procurement team with purchasing to support customer sales and operations.
• Create and maintain purchase orders for direct/indirect materials and tooling.
• Support BOM purchasing to ensure component availability.
• Maintain inventory-related data and support inventory management initiatives.
• Provide admin and transactional support to Procurement Buyers, including data entry and pricing updates.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance requests with production and service providers.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, facilities, shipping, and other teams on projects.
• Assist in planning company events and facility improvements.
• Provide backup support for shipping and receiving.
• Analyze information to support procurement decisions and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
