Job summary

Jabil's Purchasing Internship supports the Supply Chain and Procurement teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will assist with purchasing, supplier management, materials planning, and inventory analysis while engaging with cross-functional teams to drive real business outcomes.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in SCM, Operations Management, or a related field, with strong Excel and data-analytic skills.

Qualifications

Pursuing a relevant degree in supply chain or operations fields.
Experience with Excel and data analysis is preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
Experience with ERP or purchasing platforms is beneficial.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Support purchasing activities to ensure materials meet production needs.
Assist with creating and maintaining purchase orders and supplier communications.
Analyze inventory and supply data to support procurement decisions.
Monitor supplier performance metrics (delivery, quality, service).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procurement projects.
Help resolve material shortages and invoice discrepancies.
Maintain purchasing and material master data in systems.
