Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degreed program with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and May 2028.
• Familiarity with procurement software, data visualization tools, and digital collaboration technologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement functions with a focus on data analytics to inform decisions.
• Streamline and optimize procurement workflows using automation and digital solutions.
• Assist in processing and prioritizing internal stakeholder requests with accuracy.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with clear, effective communication across the organization.
• Conduct data quality reviews of third-party deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to development and refinement of procurement policies and processes.
• Manage vendor documentation through organized cataloging and archiving for easy retrieval and compliance.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across departments to achieve procurement objectives.
