Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Procurement Operations professional to support the indirect procurement function during its growth. The role is an individual contributor focused on execution, queue management, vendor coordination, documentation, and process consistency within Zip, DocuSign, and related systems.

You will help ensure organized, auditable operating rhythms and careful handling of sensitive information. The successful candidate will manage vendor onboarding, contracts, and approvals,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement operations or a closely related function.
• Experience managing a high-volume operational queue with deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of purchase orders, vendor onboarding, contracts, invoices, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Zip procurement queue with ownership, status, due date, and escalation paths.
• Perform completeness reviews: business purpose, scope, dates, currency, amount, vendor information, approvals, docs.
• Coordinate requests through Procurement, FP&A, Legal, Security, IT and signature review steps, tracking SLAs.
