Palantir Technologies is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to support the Finance team across the procurement spectrum, ensuring efficient purchasing, contracting, and supplier operations. You will liaise with procurement, vendors, and internal teams to maintain SLAs and contract compliance.

You will organize documentation, support workflows, track vendor performance, and drive process improvements across onboarding, contracting, and purchase orders, while upholding Procurement Policy.

Formación

• 4+ years of finance operations experience.
• Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with purchasing systems like Coupa or Netsuite is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and track contractual documentation between the company and vendors, and ensure completeness of the contracts repository.
• Support Business Development, Procurement, Contract Manager, and Legal in ushering contracts through purchasing workflows.
• Track, measure, report, and evaluate vendor performance against contractual obligations.
• Bridge cross-functional teams (FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Information Security, Compliance, business departments) to remove blockers and push transactions to completion.
• Identify and support improvements to end-to-end purchasing processes, including supplier onboarding, contracting, and PO management.
• Build and maintain program for ensuring company-wide compliance with Procurement Policy.
• Collaborate with Contract Manager to ensure vendors pass compliance and information security reviews.
