Palantir Technologies is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst in Denver to optimize purchasing, contracting, and supplier workflows. You will liaise across procurement, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliant, well-documented purchases and SLAs.

The role integrates with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Information Security to resolve blockers and drive end-to-end procurement improvements. Hybrid work options are available.

Formación

• At least 4 years of finance operations experience.
• Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and track contractual documentation between the company and vendors, ensuring completeness of the contracts repository.
• Support Business Development, Procurement, Contract Manager, and Legal in routing contracts through purchasing workflows.
• Track, measure, report, and evaluate vendor performance against contractual obligations.
• Bridge between FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Information Security, Compliance and business units to remove blockers and push transactions to completion.
• Identify and support improvements to end-to-end purchasing, including supplier onboarding, contracting and PO management.
• Build and maintain programs ensuring company-wide compliance with Procurement Policy.
