Job summary

The Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) is seeking a DOT Procurement Officer II to join the Office of Procurement and Materials Management at BWI Marshall Airport in Anne Arundel County, MD. Responsibilities

• Develop contract specifications for RFPs/IFBs and renewals.
• Coordinate development of A/E consultant contracts with MDOT MAA, FAA, and consultants.
• Assist with development of price proposals with MDOT MAA planning/engineering staff; define format and guidelines.
• Develop contract negotiation strategies and negotiate cost-plus-fixed-fee proposals with engineers’ estimates and MDOT guidelines.
• Develop consultant contracts and oversee execution by consultants with MAA legal staff.
• Develop BPW agenda items for MDOT submissions in accordance with BPW guidelines.
