JSP International is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing across multiple JSP US locations, including Detroit and Madison Heights. The role partners with sales and manufacturing to optimize procurement for resins, automotive components, and tooling.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure supply continuity, and drive cost savings while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
• Proven experience in procurement management, preferably automotive sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, processes, and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic sourcing of resins, automotive components, tooling, and other manufactured items.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and continuity of supply.
• Oversee purchase requisition process and drive cost savings initiatives.
