Job summary

JSP International is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier relationships across multiple JSP US locations, including Tullahoma, Detroit, Madison Heights, Butler, and Jackson. The role focuses on resin and automotive component sourcing, tooling, contract negotiations, cost savings, and supply continuity, with crossfunctional collaboration across departments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain, 3–5 years in procurement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
CSCP or CPSM certification is a plus.
3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing for resins, automotive components, tooling, and other materials.
Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms with suppliers.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and analyze market trends.
Manage supplier relationships and risk management.
Coordinate with operations, finance and quality teams to meet procurement needs.
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain procurement records.
