Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager, Senior, to support defense contracting efforts in the DoD arena. You will lead procurement strategy, evaluate requirements, and ensure CPSR compliance while mentoring junior staff. The role requires U.S.

citizenship and a background in large-scale contracts. The position emphasizes risk-aware negotiation, SOW/BOM analysis, and adherence to FAR/DFARS flow-downs, with a competitive compensation range and benefits package.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of procurement experience in defense contracting.
  • Experience evaluating hardware/software procurements for U.S. DoD contracts, FAR/DFARS flow-downs.

  • Experience evaluating and negotiating terms to mitigate risk based on PO type, commodity, and anticipated award value.
  • Experience evaluating statements of work or bill of materials for completeness.
  • Experience evaluating source justifications to ensure compliance to the procurement award type.

You Have:


7+ years of experience with procurement in defense contracting


Experience evaluating requirements for hardware and sof tware procurements in support of a U.S. DoD government Prime Contract, including FAR and DFARS flow-downs, spe cia l requirements, and performance work statement
