Job summary

CBL World is a leader in promotional products, seeking a Procurement Manager in Mahwah, NJ to oversee a procurement team and manage sourcing for custom products. You will coordinate with sales, design, and factories to drive cost-efficient, on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include leading 4–5 specialists, negotiating with Chinese factories, analyzing quotes and tariffs, and guiding project development through Wrike and Excel tools. Start date March 2025.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in promotional products.
• Leadership experience managing a team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong negotiation and cost-analysis skills with suppliers.
• Clear communication with internal teams and external vendors.
• Attention to detail in costs, tariffs, and logistics.
• Familiarity with Asia sourcing and international shipping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 procurement specialists and ensure timely RFQ execution.
• Collaborate with Sales to process RFQs from customers and reps.
• Use the project management system to track product development projects.
• Facilitate product mockups with Graphic Design for customer approval.
• Source products from Chinese factories, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze quotes, including unit pricing, packaging, and mold costs.
• Calculate shipping costs and select cost-efficient methods (DHL/FedEx/ocean).
• Apply HTS codes and tariff rates for final cost calculations.
• Provide detailed pricing to sales reps or customers and maintain vendor relations.
• Perform various office management duties as needed.
