Job summary

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business. The Procurement Manager leads a team of Procurement Specialists, driving order throughput and ensuring data integrity in the procurement lifecycle.

Based in Seattle, this player/coach role allocates about 70% of time to moving orders and 30% to people leadership, onboarding, and governance. AHEAD offers medical/dental/vision, 401(k), holidays, PTO, and family leave.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; AA or higher preferred.
• 5+ years IT purchasing/procurement experience in VAR/Distribution.
• 2-5 years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and/or Netsuite desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Procurement Specialists team.
• Oversee procurement workflow, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Partner with internal/external clients to improve processes.
• Hire input, onboarding, and ongoing training for new hires.
