Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Procurement Manager in Los Alamitos, CA to lead a team of procurement professionals supporting indirect goods and services within a highly regulated life-sciences environment.

You will oversee sourcing, contracting, purchasing operations, and supplier performance, shaping strategy to improve cost, quality, and delivery while guiding ethics and process improvements across the organization. This role offers meaningful impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• At least 2 years leading or supervising buyers or procurement professionals.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, contracts, negotiations, indirect procurement, and capital projects.
• Working knowledge of GMP/cGMP requirements within a regulated environment.
• Experience writing SOPs, policies, or controlled procurement guidelines.
• Hands-on ERP experience and ability to work onsite at least four days per week.

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications
