SUN PHARMA is looking for a Manager, Procurement in Cranbury Township, NJ, responsible for developing and executing purchasing strategies for Indirect Materials. This role involves leading a team of Buyers to ensure supplier performance and achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and must demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Compensation includes a base pay of $95,000 to $105,500 along with various benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.
The Manager, Procurement will be responsible for the development and execution of a purchasing strategy for Indirect Materials and for ensuring optimal supplier performance. The role leads and manages a team of Buyers located in New Jersey and Massachusetts to achieve business objectives. The Manager develops and implements procedures to ensure the team operates in line with business needs, adding value, mitigating supply chain risk, and delivering cost savings. The position works alongside senior management to contribute to overall business strategies and goals.
The presently‑anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $95,000 to $105,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. This position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees also receive paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time. The employee will be in an “at‑will position” and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (and other discretionary payments or compensation programs) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company performance, or market factors.
