Job summary

FPC Franchise in Georgia is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead its purchasing team and modernize sourcing and vendor strategy as the company scales.

You will oversee a four-member buyer team, drive KPI-driven processes around the ERP rollout, and partner with Operations to balance cost, lead time and ROI while negotiating favorable contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a senior procurement or supply chain leadership role in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead a small team with strong personalities and avoid micromanaging.

Overview

A growing manufacturing company is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead its purchasing team and modernize its sourcing and vendor strategy. This role oversees a team of four buyers and reports to the VP of Operations at a company undergoing rapid growth in the Southeastern US. The position offers a chance to build KPI-driven processes as the company rolls out a new ERP system.
