Job summary

Veracode is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our procurement function across software, SaaS, technology, and services. You will own end-to-end procurement, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, and drive cost savings and process improvements.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to partner with Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and business teams to deliver compliant, value-driven procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or purchasing experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading, managing, or owning a procurement function, including direct people leadership or serving as the primary procurement leader for an organization.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating complex supplier agreements and managing vendor relationships.
• Experience supporting technology organizations, preferably SaaS, cybersecurity, or software.

• Develop procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational effectiveness.
• Analyze spend data and provide reporting, metrics, and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional procurement initiatives and provide guidance to team members.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management activities.

Veracode is seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our procurement function. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, developing sourcing strategies, negotiating supplier agreements, and driving operational efficiencies while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate is a proactive procurement professional with extensive experience building relationships across internal stakeholders and external suppliers. This role requires someone who is comfortable owning the procurement function, improving processes, and providing leadership to procurement initiatives and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Concur for procurement, purchasing workflows, and expense management.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, including purchasing, vendor management, and procurement-related financial processes.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and successfully manage competing priorities.
