• Create purchase orders for special orders and other purchasing requirements.
• Contact suppliers for updates on orders and shipments.
• Update internal systems with current supplier delivery information.
• Identify late or delayed shipments and communicate exceptions to the team.
• Review receiving reports and investigate discrepancies in orders and receipts.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistent, accurate purchasing activities.
• Assist the Procurement team with additional administrative and reporting tasks.
