You will handle purchase requests, supplier coordination, and end‑to‑end logistics for clinic consumables and operational materials, helping the US network scale.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or a related operational role.
• Understanding of procure‑to‑pay (P2P) workflows and operational procurement best practices.
• Experience coordinating logistics and supply chain activities, ideally including domestic and international freight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Process‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily procurement requirements for US Clinic Operations, ensuring timely execution of purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier queries.
• Support procurement and logistics activities for clinic consumables, supplies, and facilities services, ensuring value for money and service continuity.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics workflow for clinic supplies, including import/export coordination and 3PL liaison.
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders per internal policies.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain supplier records in the system.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency as US clinic network scales.
• Ensure end‑to‑end procurement processes comply with internal controls and US regulations.
• Assist in balancing workload and escalating bottlenecks as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinic Operations, Finance, and EMEA procurement teams for alignment.
• Support procurement performance reports and KPIs.
• Contribute to catalogue management and preferred supplier frameworks.
