Neko Health is seeking a driven Procurement and Logistics Specialist to support the daily procurement and logistics needs of its US Clinic Operations. You will handle purchase requests, supplier coordination, and end‑to‑end logistics for clinic consumables and operational materials, helping the US network scale.
The role is designed for early‑career professionals, with opportunities to expand into category management and supplier relationships as the network grows in the US market.
Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.
In a single, non‑invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
With FDA approval clearing the way for Neko's US clinic network and the NYC clinic launching in September, this role is the first dedicated procurement and logistics hire for US Clinic Operations.
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Specialist to support the daily procurement and logistics requirements of the Clinic Operations function in the United States. This is an entry-level procurement role designed to support the operational scaling of Neko Health's US clinic network following FDA approval. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day‑to‑day ordering, supplier coordination, and logistics workflows supporting clinic consumables, supplies, and operational materials.
The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, process‑oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic start‑up environment, contributing to the establishment of foundational procurement processes for the US market. This role is designed to grow with the business: as the US clinic network scales post‑FDA approval, there is potential for the role holder to learn and expand responsibilities into category management, supplier relationship management, and contract management.
We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market‑facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process.
Candidates progress from application and structured screening through thoughtfully designed interviews culminating in a formal offer and final pre‑employment checks before joining the team.
Neko Health is committed to inclusive hiring and member‑first care. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and encourage you to request reasonable adjustments to support your application.
