Job summary

You will update delivery schedules, provide real-time updates with the supply chain, help manage lead times and price changes, resolve invoice discrepancies, and suggest process improvements based on daily activities. Associates degree and 1 year in supply chain preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and at least 1 year in supply chain, inventory control, or logistics.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with transactional processes or data entry.
• Proficient with MS Office, email, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate time-sensitive administrative support to Buyers and Planners.
• Contact suppliers by phone or email to confirm delivery dates and delays.
• Gather daily PO lists to satisfy manufacturing and shipping needs.
• Update PO delivery schedule based on supplier acknowledgement.
• Collaborate with supply chain to provide real-time delivery updates.
• Work with procurement to manage orders based on lead times and price changes.
• Resolve invoice and receiving discrepancies; use reports to resolve issues.
• Suggest process improvements from daily activities.
