Job summary

You will draft, negotiate, and provide timely legal advice to procurement strategists while aligning contracts with Key’s risk tolerances.

Collaborating with risk groups and lines of business, you will research legal issues, support negotiations, and ensure compliance across the procurement lifecycle in a fast-paced financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctorate required.
• License to practice law and in good standing.
• Experience drafting and negotiating procurement or commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement legal contract support for assigned clients with focus on obtaining business objectives while adequately addressing associated risks
• Perform legal research involving procurement issues
• Provide prompt legal counsel primarily to associate procurement strategists
• Identify and mitigate significant legal issues in procurement of goods and services
• Draft and negotiate contracts in collaboration with internal and external counsel
