Caterpillar's Procurement Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) provides a three-year rotation to accelerate the development of entry-level talent in the Procurement function. You will experience multiple facilities across North America and work on supplier relationship management, procurement, and operations supervision.

Upon successful completion, you are placed into a permanent procurement role at Caterpillar Inc., with opportunities to grow in a global team.
