Henkel invites you to join a 24-month Leadership Experience and Development Program designed to build future leaders in procurement. You will rotate through Logistics, Indirect Materials and Services, taking ownership of projects and collaborating with Top Management across regions.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in a related field, show leadership potential, and have internship experience. The program emphasizes analytical thinking, tech fluency, and strong communication, with visa support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting or other related business major.
• Interest and passion in exploring a potential career in Procurement.
• Experience from at least one internship or other work experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with a hands-on attitude.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with interpersonal skills.
• Desire to become a future leader in an organization.
• Forward-looking to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies.
• Familiar with latest technology trends to drive efficiency.
• Inquisitive with creative thinking and analytical problem solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in new environments during and after the program.
• Valid U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• As a participant, you will gain experience in various procurement areas including Logistics, Indirect Materials and Services.
• You will own and deliver impactful projects while showing entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
