Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a 24‑month rotational program in procurement, starting August 2027, designed to develop future leaders across Logistics, Indirect Materials and Services for Henkel's business units. You will own impactful projects and collaborate with top management across functions.

The program values a Bachelor's in a related field, internships, strong analytical and leadership potential, and a hands-on attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting or related business major.
• Internship or work experience in procurement or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a hands-on attitude.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in Rocky Hill, CT and pursue a future leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month rotational program across procurement areas.
• Develop ownership of impactful projects and contribute to day-to-day operations.
• Engage with Top Management across functions and geographical scope.
• Receive ongoing support from your manager, mentor and peers.
