DuPont is seeking ambitious new graduates for its Entry Level Direct Hire and Field Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program. Participants rotate across Operations & Engineering, Global Procurement, and Science & Innovation in 2–3 year assignments designed to build broad experience.

Successful candidates bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field, GPA 3.0+, and up to 3 years of internship or co-op experience.

Formación

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business from an accredited institution.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale).
• Preferred minimum of 6 months of paid co-op or internship in supply chain, procurement, logistics or related fields.
• Maximum of 3 years of full-time industry work experience.
• 100% geographic flexibility for career development and relocation every 2–3 years.

Responsabilidades

• The program provides on-the-job rotations across Operations, Engineering, Global Procurement and other functions.
• Candidates complete a minimum of two assignments, up to five, across different locations and businesses.
