Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking a Procurement Leader in Memphis to oversee sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of goods and services for manufacturing and sales. You will lead the procurement team, negotiate pricing, establish supplier sources, and manage MOQs and safety stocks to meet company targets.

In this role, you will coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality to ensure quality parts, monitor cost down plans, and drive supplier audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement team activities.
• Oversee review, negotiation, and approval of material pricing.
• Establish sources of raw material and suppliers.
• Determine and review MOQs and safety stocks.
• Evaluate requisitions to be converted to purchase orders.
• Monitor material scheduling and delivery to support production.
