Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Procurement Lead for North American Manufacturing Sites in Andover, MA. You will oversee procurement operations, partner with site leaders, and drive standardization and policy adoption across a multi-site manufacturing network.

Responsibilities include leading change management, supplier governance, and collaboration with Global Category Management to improve EBITDA, cost control, and supply continuity. A strong background in regulated manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, economics or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain or manufacturing support roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, regulated environments and multi-site organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations across North American manufacturing sites.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into procurement actions.
• Drive adoption of global procurement policies and supplier governance.
• Manage a 3-4 person dispersed team.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance.
