Job summary

Institut Straumann AG seeks a Procurement Lead for North American Manufacturing Sites to oversee procurement operations, partner with local stakeholders, and drive standardization of global procurement policies across the region. You will work closely with Global Category Management and QA to ensure compliant, value-driven sourcing for a regulated manufacturing environment.

You'll lead a small, dispersed team, manage supplier performance, and foster cross-functional partnerships to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain or manufacturing support roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, life sciences or regulated environments.
• Experience with PR/PO management and master data.
• Experience in multi-site, matrix and international orgs.
• Strong stakeholder management and change-management track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing site procurement partnering and change management across North America.
• Manage day-to-day procurement operations for manufacturing sites.
• Ensure compliance with global policies and supplier governance.
• Bridge local needs with Global Category Management; implement sourcing strategies.
• Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and value delivery.
• Mitigate supply risks and ensure continuity; lead a dispersed team.
