Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) seeks a Procurement Lead to manage end-to-end acquisition lifecycles for mission-critical systems supporting USSTRATCOM. You will supervise the SCITLS team, drive sourcing strategies, engage suppliers, and coordinate with SAO and finance to forecast CLIN funding and EACs.

Top Secret/TS/SCI eligible candidates preferred; onsite at Offutt AFB, NE. You will contribute to audit-ready records, improve processes, and ensure uninterrupted mission

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS.
• 8+ years of related Procurement, Project Management, and/or Contracts experience.
• ITIL Foundations v4 Certification (or ability to obtain within 9 months).
• Clearance: Current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing strategies and end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Supervise and mentor the SCITLS Procurement Team.
• Coordinate daily procurement workflows and escalations across direct reports.
• Build communications with GDIT SAO.
• Lead weekly procurement pipeline calls.
• Establish procurement forecasts for CLIN funding levels and EACs.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with the SCMM to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
