Job summary

• Seven years of experience in procurement or contract management, with three years in supervision.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, eMMA, and FMIS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise procurement staff from development to contract execution.
• Ensure compliance with COMAR, State Finance and Procurement Articles.
• Review requisitions and PO development in ADPICS and verify budget codes.
