Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Procurement Specialist, Communications to support our client’s Communications team in a hybrid San Francisco setting. You will manage POs, contracts, amendments, changes, and invoicing across multiple entities and currencies.

The role requires careful, data-driven handling of requests, strong vendor negotiation and collaboration with legal and finance, and timely completion of approvals, with on-site days as scheduled.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in procurement, a tech comms agency, or another fast-moving operations environment.
• Proven follow-through on a high-volume queue, tracking every request to resolution.
• Meticulous, line-item-level attention to detail in contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Fluency with spreadsheets, especially Google Sheets, for trackers and reconciliation.
• Clear, prompt, professional communication, with tact in difficult vendor conversations.
• Sound judgment on what to handle independently and what to escalate; ramps up quickly on new tools and processes.
• Preferred: experience procuring communications, PR, or marketing agency services; procurement operations or contract administration background

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vendor and agency procurement for a Communications organization, including purchase orders, contracts, amendments, change orders, and invoicing across multiple entities and currencies
• File and manage purchase requests and change orders in the procure-to-pay system, and run vendor intake and approval threads
• Draft statements of work and contract amendments from templates and move them through the contract workflow to execution
• Reconcile POs against contracts line by line to catch billing gaps, math errors, missing expenses, and overbilling
• Track POs in real time, follow up on approvals and signatures, and troubleshoot or escalate blockers early
• Feed clean PO data into monthly finance spend tracking
• Serve as the primary procurement contact for vendors and agency partners, working with Communications, accounting, legal, and finance
