Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of purchasing, materials, or supply chain experience required.
• Working proficiency with Excel and ERP purchasing processes; Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Ability to analyze supplier delivery, open orders, inventory and cost data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary purchasing execution partner for designated facilities.
• Execute sourcing strategies, negotiated contracts, and approved supplier lists.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Inventory, and Finance to maintain processes.
• Convert demand into accurate purchase orders and monitor open orders through receipt.
• Ensure contract and policy compliance and flag off-contract pricing or Maverick spend.
