Planet Networks seeks an analytical, hands-on Associate to build and scale the procurement operating model across New Jersey and Virginia. This role will transform evolving processes into scalable workflows with practical controls, reliable data, meaningful KPIs, and smart use of technology.

You will help standardize purchasing, strengthen inventory and fixed-asset management, and partner with Finance to drive continuous improvement using data and automation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with large data sets and analysis.
• High attention to detail, data discipline and documentation ability.
• Ability to document processes, controls, and SOPs clearly and communicate with teams.

Aufgaben

• Build and scale the procurement operating model across multiple sites.
• Standardize the full purchasing lifecycle from request to payment.
• Support supplier analyses, bids, and sourcing decisions with data.
• Design controls and governance, including approval matrices and exception handling.
• Collaborate with Accounting on inventory, fixed assets, and reporting.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards using Excel, NetSuite, and Power BI.
