PS is expanding its luxury hospitality services in Miami and seeks a Hospitality Coordinator to manage suites, guest preferences, food orders, and top-tier traveler services behind the scenes.

You will respond to hospitality emails, coordinate with housekeeping and inventory, track items in Toast, and ensure a seamless member experience across teams. A professional, discreet, guest-first approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience in customer service, airline and/or hospitality roles.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative and proactive ideas.
• Ability to work under fast-paced conditions.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate suites, preferences, food orders, Surprise & Delights, Milestones and Top Tier Travelers.
• Respond to hospitality emails and inbox.
• Manage PSNAX and book amenities as requested.
• Review preferences for shifts and following day; may involve offsite purchases.
• Research member needs for suite customization.
• Oversee all chats and radio communications for requests.
• Assist with suite setup, housekeeping turnover, and inspections.
• Track inventory using Toast and coordinate with Inventory Specialist.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
