Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the Purchasing Manager.
• Reconcile invoices and assist with credits, backorders, and returns.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation in systems.
