Job summary

Worldpac, Inc. is seeking a Manager of FP&A - Procurement to partner with Procurement and Merchandising. You will own planning, forecasting, and analytics for third-party spend, covering OE and aftermarket parts, IT, services, and related costs.

You will quantify cost savings, support supplier negotiations, and provide financial insight to leadership to drive better sourcing decisions and margin improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance with procurement focus.
• Ownership of budget and forecast cycles with variance analysis.
• Proven cost-savings business case development and tracking.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; large transactional data handling.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget and rolling forecast for total third-party spend.
• Model fully landed unit cost for imported OE and aftermarket parts.
• Act as financial gatekeeper for the Procurement savings pipeline.
• Build bridge from Procurement savings to P&L and budgets.
• Provide analytics for RFPs, RFQs, and supplier negotiations.
• Quantify impact of supplier price changes and FX exposure.
• Analyze contract terms, rebates, and payment term effects.
• Quantify working capital impact and assist inventory decisions.
• Deliver spend analytics and supplier concentration insights.
