• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 5+ years of finance experience with 3–5 years in data analysis/FP&A.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal management reporting and variance analysis across units.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and planning models; validate monthly results.
• Support executive leadership and Board presentations with analytics.
