A background in fleet management and related policies is preferred, with state certification

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of DGS fleet management policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of state and federal surplus property policies and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn fleet management software, eVA and VITA work order processes.

Aufgaben

• Support procurement activities to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective acquisitions.
• Assist end users with fleet-related issues, Voyager Cards, maintenance, mileage reporting, and vehicle lists.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets/databases showing all vehicles currently operated.
• Process end users' surplus requests and guide disposal methods.
• Process office supply purchases in eVA and manage storeroom operations.
• Coordinate telecommunications requests with VITA and maintain phone/pager inventories.
