Raytheon is seeking a Compliance Lead for its Supply Chain Finance team in the United States. This hybrid role focuses on financial controls, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Accounting, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with several years of experience.
• Experience independently managing assigned financial activities and deliverables
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Accounting, and Finance teams to enhance compliance processes and improve documentation quality.
• Monitor upcoming PBP plans and ensure documentation readiness in partnership with Accounting and Procurement.
• Review payment terms exception requests and evaluate their impact on cash flow and financial implications.
• Conduct supplier credit risk reviews and support governance for supplier master data.
• Track material inflation exposure and contribute to cross-functional mitigation strategies.
• Support inventory tracking, MMAS compliance activities, and coordinate excess inventory disposition efforts.
• Prepare monthly reports for Supply Chain AR/CFR compliance metrics, including impairments, residual inventory, and funding limits.
• Assist with government property compliance activities and provide audit support.
