Job summary

Communications & Power Industries (CPI) is seeking a Procurement Expeditor in Texas to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. You will monitor orders, coordinate with suppliers, and support production and warehouse teams to avoid delays.

Onsite role with a focus on ITAR-related compliance and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have at least one year in inventory management or order tracking, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Diploma or certificate in supply chain, logistics, or related field is an asset.
• Previous experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the progress of orders to ensure timely delivery of materials, products, or services.
• Work with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are delivered on time for manufacturing or operations.
• Address procurement/shipping delays and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Create reports detailing supply chain performance and inventory levels.
