Responsibilities

• Assess inventory levels and place orders to refill stock with vendors.
• Coordinate with sales to understand customer needs and translate to orders.
• Educate sales team on market conditions and product details.
• Process import documents and liaise with Customs Broker for FDA/US clearance.
• Track logistics of import containers and inland trucking from port.
• Perform light admin tasks and assist accounting with invoicing.
• Provide inside customer service to vendors and clients.
• Assist during warehouse inventory counts (2–3 days per year).
• Executive Assistant to Purchasing Manager.
