Accendra Health, a healthcare leader focused on making essential products and services accessible, seeks a Director, Procurement Excellence & Transformation to drive procurement strategy across the enterprise.

You will partner with the CPO and senior leaders to lead procurement transformation, governance, digital enablement, analytics, and supplier risk management.

The anticipated salary range is $140k–$200k annually, with actual compensation based on experience, education, and location.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement transformation, governance, capabilities, supplier risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise.
• Develop and execute a multi-year Procurement Excellence and Transformation roadmap in support of the enterprise procurement strategy.
• Improve procurement methodologies, governance frameworks, technologies, and performance management practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
