Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related areas.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing procurement functions or centers of excellence.
- Proven success leading procurement transformation, digital procurement, and operating-model redesign.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year Procurement Excellence and Transformation roadmap.
- Build and sustain governance structures, standards, tools, and playbooks across procurement.
- Lead enterprise procurement transformation initiatives including tech modernization and process redesign.
- Partner with executives to secure investment and sponsorship for transformational programs.
- Establish change management strategies to drive adoption and value realization.
- Monitor trends and AI capabilities to evolve procurement maturity and capabilities.
