Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a Director of Procurement Excellence & Transformation to lead enterprise-wide procurement transformation, governance, analytics, and capability development in a healthcare setting.

Reporting to the CPO, you will architect multi-year roadmaps, advance digital enablement, and drive supplier risk, category management, and performance improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or related experience.
• 5+ years of leadership in procurement functions or transformation.
• Proven track record leading procurement transformation and governance.
• Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year procurement roadmaps aligned with strategy.
• Lead procurement transformation, digital enablement, and analytics initiatives.
• Institute governance frameworks, playbooks, and standardized tools.
• Partner with CPO and executives to secure alignment and sponsorship.
• Drive category management, supplier risk, and performance improvements.
• Lead change management and ensure adoption of new processes and tech.
