Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a Director, Procurement Excellence & Transformation to lead a multi-year roadmap for procurement transformation across the enterprise. You will drive governance, digital enablement, analytics, and capability development in a healthcare products environment.

You will partner with the CPO and senior leaders to ensure product availability, regulatory compliance, and sustained organizational growth, with a salary range in the $140k–$200k range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS in related field) preferred.
• 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, or related operations.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing procurement functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year Procurement Excellence and Transformation roadmap.
• Improve governance, standards, tools, and best practices across procurement.
• Lead transformation initiatives: tech modernization, process redesign, capability-building.
• Drive analytics, supplier risk, and performance management.
• Lead change management and secure executive sponsorship for initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Compliance to strengthen governance.
