Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Manager of Data & Reporting for the Procurement team in Chicago. You’ll drive high-impact spend analytics, ensure data integrity across vendors and ledgers, and partner with Category Managers and FP&A to unlock actionable insights.

You’ll architect reporting across the sourcing pipeline, develop Looker dashboards, and own end-to-end reporting cadence. Hybrid work requires 3 days in the office with opportunity for more, and compensation varies by location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of spend analytics and strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience leading projects or personnel (1–2 years).
• Proficient with Ignite, Netsuite, Zip, Navan or Tropic.
• Strong dashboards using Looker/Tableau/Power BI with diverse data sources.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to translate data into insights for leadership.
• Familiar with AI tools to improve workflows and reporting cadences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ignite analytics platform updates and reporting deliverables.
• Audit spend data for accuracy across vendors, units, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Ignite tech team to close quality gaps.
• Work with Category Managers to improve classification and supplier mapping.
• Architect a holistic sourcing pipeline reporting framework.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses for Procurement and Finance leadership.
• Create standardized dashboards and KPI cadences across procurement pillars.
• Support Category Managers with spend velocity and risk reports.
• Lead data strategy for Travel & Expense reporting.
• Monitor PO/invoice flows and spend vs. committed thresholds.
• Own complex data integrations across Netsuite, Workday, Zip, Navan, Tropic.
• Design Looker dashboards unifying disparate data sources.
