Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Manager of Data & Reporting on the Procurement team to drive spend analytics, data integrity, and cross-functional reporting solutions. You’ll partner with Category Managers, FP&A, and leadership to deliver insights and lead tool integrations across our procurement ecosystem.

In this hybrid role, you’ll oversee the Ignite platform, ensure data quality, and architect a unified reporting framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of spend analytics and sourcing experience.
• Experience leading procurement tool implementations (Ignite, Netsuite, Zip, Navan, Tropic).
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; SQL skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Ignite spend analytics platform and dashboards.
• Audit spend data integrity across vendors, ledgers, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the Ignite team to fix data quality gaps.
• Work with Category Managers to optimize supplier mapping.
• Architect a comprehensive reporting framework for sourcing.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses for Procurement leadership and Finance.
• Design standardized dashboards and automated reporting cadences.
