Job summary

Wonder in New York is seeking a Manager of Data & Reporting for Procurement to drive spend analytics, data integrity, and cross-functional reporting.

You will lead Ignite, ensure accurate vendor/classification, build Looker dashboards, integrate Netsuite/Zip/Navan/Tropic, and deliver ad-hoc insights to Leadership.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in office in NY and offers equity, 401(k), health plans, PTO, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of spend analytics and strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience managing enterprise procurement tools such as Ignite, Netsuite, Zip, Navan, or Tropic.
• Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI from multiple data sources.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills with strong data integrity.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Familiarity with AI platforms to optimize workflows and reporting cadences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Ignite spend analytics platform and maintain reporting deliverables.
• Audit spend accuracy across vendors, business units, ledger codes, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the Ignite team to improve data quality and reporting consistency.
• Work with Category Managers to optimize classification logic and supplier mapping.
• Architect comprehensive reporting on sourcing pipeline, savings, and category health.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses to Procurement leadership, Finance, and stakeholders.
• Standardize dashboards and cadence across procurement pillars.
