Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Manager of Data & Reporting for our Procurement org to drive spend analytics, data integrity, and cross-functional reporting solutions. You will partner with Category Managers, FP&A, and leadership to enable actionable insights and lead tool integrations across our ecosystem.

You will oversee the Ignite platform, design standardized dashboards, and manage end-to-end reporting for travel, expenses, and supplier performance in a hybrid office model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of spend analytics and strategic sourcing experience, with 1–2 years leading projects or teams.
• Experience managing enterprise procurement tools such as Ignite, Netsuite, Zip, Navan, or Tropic.
• Ability to build sophisticated dashboards in Looker/Tableau/Power BI from diverse data sources.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and a track record of data integrity across complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Ignite spend analytics platform, including data updates, reporting deliverables, taxonomy maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Architect a comprehensive procurement reporting framework covering sourcing, savings, and category health.
• Deliver tailored ad-hoc analyses for Procurement leadership, FP&A, and internal stakeholders.
• Standardize dashboards, metrics, and cadences to unify reporting across procurement pillars.
• Lead data integrations across Netsuite, Workday, Zip, Navan, Tropic, and other core tools.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to optimize classification logic and supplier mapping.
• Support Travel & Expense reporting and end-to-end data workflows.
• Monitor spend against thresholds and identify opportunities to reduce risk and drive optimization.
